Q. How will I know when I receive a response?
A. Each time you sign in to online banking, there
is a note on your home page to let you know whether you have unread messages.
Also, when we respond to your message, we will simultaneously send a note to you
via internet e-mail to let you know you have a secure message waiting. You can
verify that we have an up-to-date e-mail address for you by clicking My Profile
in the upper right of the screen.
