New Security Login Instructions

***NOTE: As of December 19, 2006 all Online Banking customers are required
to participate in the enhanced security program before they will be able to
access their online account.***

Before you can take advantage of the new Secure Sign-In feature, you’ll need to enroll.
The one-time enrollment takes a few simple steps:

Step 1: Enter your Customer ID.
The initial screen in the enrollment process will ask for your Customer ID. The first time you visit
Online Banking Secure Sign-In, your Customer ID is the card number you used for registration.
After you complete the sign-in process, you should change your Customer ID to something that’s
easy to remember. Click the Sign In button to continue.

Step 2: Enter your password and click Enroll Now.
After you enter your Customer ID, you will need to enter your password to proceed
with Secure Sign-In enrollment. The Welcome E-mail sent when you signed up for
Personal Online Banking gave instructions for your first-time password. If this isn’t
your first time using Online Banking, enter the password you previously created for
your own use.

Step 3: Choose three challenge questions and a secret phrase
to continue the Secure Sign-In enrollment process
The challenge questions and answers you provide will help confirm your ID if you’re
using an unregistered computer. We’ll show you the secret phrase during the sign-in
procedure — that way you’ll know we recognize you when you sign in.

Step 4: Decide if you want us to remember the computer you’re
using when you sign in.
If you register your computer, you’re telling us that you use this machine often,
and we will recognize you when you sign in from this computer. If you sign in from
an unregistered computer, we’ll ask you a challenge question in addition to your
Customer ID and password. You should never register a public computer. Click
Continue to proceed with the enrollment process.

Step 5: Pick a secret picture that will always let you know
you’re at our secure site.
You can choose from a picture category or from all categories. Use the Next
button to display sets of pictures. When you see a picture you want to use,
click the image (it should appear outlined) then click Continue.

Step 6: Confirm your information.

This is the last step in Secure Sign-In enrollment. If you want to change anything,
use the Back button. If everything is as you like it, click the Confirm button.

When you click Confirm you will begin your online banking session.

If this is your first time using Online Banking, you’ll need to accept the
Online Banking Agreement and then change your Customer ID and Password
before you start.

Signing In After You’ve Enrolled
Once you’ve enrolled in Secure Sign-In, you may conduct your online banking
session from either an unregistered or registered computer.

On an unregistered computer:
After you enter your Customer ID, you must properly answer one of your challenge
questions and click Continue. If you have correctly answered your challenge
question, the confirmation page is displayed.

Signing In from a registered computer:

Just enter your Customer ID and click Continue, and you’ll see the confirmation
page. At the confirmation page, always make sure you see your secret picture
and phrase before you enter your password, whether using an unregistered or
registered computer.

Enter your password and begin your online banking session.
