Inbox Folder
The Inbox folder is displayed automatically when the page is selected. Each item identifies the sender, subject, any attachment, and the current status (Recv'd for new items, and Read for items that have been opened).

To view details of the message, click a single Subject. The message detail view displays with the full attributes. Once you have opened an item, the status changes to Read.

To view an attachment, click on the page icon next to the attachment name.

To move a message or messages to a different folder, click the box to the left of the message(s) to be moved. Select the destination from the drop-down box to the right of the "Move Checked Items to" button, then click that button. If you move an item to the Trash folder, it will be deleted immediately.

To move between different folders, click the arrow in the drop-down box above the message list. Click once on the folder you want to display.

To send a message:

  • Using the Browse function, select the pathname of the attachment, if any.
  • Enter a subject for the message.
  • Enter the message comments.
  • Click the Send File button.

To select an attachment, use the Browse button to display the File Open dialog box. Use the standard Windows functions to locate the file you want to attach. Click Open. The file you selected is attached to the message.

To clear all the fields and start over, click the Clear button.
