Reports, available to everyone, are marked with an asterisk. The
Users list box contains a list of users in your organization. Click once on a
user name to select it.
The Assignment list box set displays with the associated
report permissions for the selected user. The
reports listed in the left list box (Inactive ERD Reports) are reports permitted
to your organization by the bank and not yet assigned to the selected user. Any
reports listed in the right (Active ERD Reports) have already been permitted to
the user. Both list boxes permit multiple selection. Highlight one or more reports
in a list box, and use the add/remove arrow buttons to move them from one list
to the other.

Report Select feature displays all reports sent to you in accordance with the
permitted reports set by the corporate administrator in the ERD Report Permissions
Service. You can open one or more reports to view and access the report details
for each. Displaying

review details (actual program), click the magnifying glass icon in the Detail
column. The detail report displays in the ERD Inbox Detail window.
